Terms of Service for SeniorRetreatGold

Welcome to SeniorRetreatGold. By accessing our website and booking our offerings, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

All bookings and purchases through SeniorRetreatGold are governed by this agreement. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with any transaction.

2. Services Offered

SeniorRetreatGold provides retreat and sanatorium stays designed for seniors, combining wellness programs, accommodation, and leisure activities in a supportive environment.

3. Booking and Payment

Reservations can be made online or via our contact form. Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. Confirmation will be sent by email upon receipt of full payment.

4. Cancellation and Reimbursement Policy

4.1 Retreat and Sanatorium Services

If you cancel at least 30 days before your scheduled arrival, you qualify for a full reimbursement minus any processing costs. Cancellations made fewer than 30 days but more than 7 days before arrival qualify for a 50% reimbursement. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival are non-reimbursable. You may shift your reservation to a different date, subject to availability, by notifying us via our contact form at least 14 days before the original arrival date. Requests to shift within 14 days may incur a change fee.

4.2 Digital Information Products

Online guides, digital workshops, and other downloadable resources can be accessed immediately after purchase. If you have not downloaded any materials, you may request a reimbursement within 14 days of purchase by completing our contact form. Once access to the materials has begun, all sales are final.

4.3 Physical Goods

Products such as gift packages or wellness kits may be shipped back within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. To arrange shipment back, please use our contact form. After we receive and inspect the package, a reimbursement will be issued to the original payment source within 10 business days.

4.4 Non-Reimbursable Services

Certain bespoke therapies and one-off events are non-reimbursable due to the tailored resources and staffing they require. These offerings will be clearly marked when booking. No shift or reimbursement option applies to these services.

5. Modification of Terms

SeniorRetreatGold may amend these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance.
